Enterprise human resource becomes important more and more, how to motivate human is one aspect of human resource management.it is an important mission and target for every enterprise manager that a scientific,fair,efficient motivation system was founded,however,to realize motivation system,it is necessary how to evaluate employees' performance impersonally,fairly. As an important link of human resource development and management, Performance check provides real and reliable basis for human resource project, development and management, profession plan of employee and compensation system construction etc. and at the meantime helps to create a good cultural environment.Taking the status quo and problems performance check of employers in SITI power plant as the research object, and through theory analysis, data inducing and questioning investigations, the paper has found primary reasons why the performance check system can't work, the paper supplys some basic items and imaginations, according to this ,the paper redesigns the company performance checking organ. Performance check indexes of employers on different administration posts has been determined based on theories and various methods of performance checking and through the methods of professional analysis and KPI, the proportions of the indexes is designed by AHP method, a set of qualitative and also quantitative, scientific, flexible index system which is made, a performance checking table for employers is finished, summarizing information from every side of the employers, performance check is made by the 360-degree performance checking method, and measures are put forward from the sides of theory and practice to ensure the operation of the performance checking system.The design idea of the performance checking system of employers and the index system is adopted by SITI power plant and brings expected effect, it can also help employers of other companies in performance checking, of course , the paper also has some problems to be researched continually.
