With the rapid development of economy, the competition between enterprises is becoming increasingly fierce. However, the enterprise pay more and more attention to improve performance in order to achieve sustained competitive power. The fund, the technology and the human resources are three essential factors which decide the achievements .Funds and technology can be measured by the relevant indicators, but the soft power of human resource is not accurate quantitative. And human resource is the key factor, therefore human resources' achievements management is one of modern business management core duties. Thus how to carry on the fruitful achievements management is the important topic which modern enterprises face.This article firstly has carried on the literature summary to the achievements management's development and the achievement.The second chapter of this article has system introduced the achievements and the achievements management's correlation theories, thus we can know clearly about the achievements, and the achievements management has the accurate localization in the importance of human resources management, another is that it has been clear about the importance between the achievements inspection and the achievements management, and has understood the overall system of achievements management.The third chapter has carried on the elaboration to the A enterprise present achievements management situation, we can understood the enterprise's basic situation quickly, this chapter the system analysis most questions which its human resources administration center faces, as well as the questions existed in achievements management and the achievements inspection.The fourth chapter carries on the achievements management system's design for the questions which exist in A building Limited company's achievements management, and this chapter elaborate that the design ideas and the basic work, construct achievements inspection indicator system, and design the evaluation implements.The fifth chapters implement the achievements management from the performance management process, at first, we develop this company's performance plan, before then carries on the achievements communication before the inspection, the next we collect achievements information, and carry on the achievements inspection and the feedback and the face-to-face talk, as well as applicant the results of performance appraisal. What's more, this chapter introduces the corresponding safeguards of the achievements management implementation, which a building limited company should establish. Through this article research, I hope it can provide reference for performance management of A Corporation and the similar enterprises.
