In the case of enterprises, the logistics distribution network system planning is the most important part of their logistics system planning. This is effective to promote the whole operating efficiency of the business logistics system, and, also, it directly decides whether that system is good or not. In addition, it will reflect, to some extent, the market competitive competence and integrated management level of the enterprises. On all accounts, under the intense competitive circumstance featuring the buyer's market, an advanced, efficient logistics distribution network plays a crucial role in obtaining competitive advantage.Based on the theory of modern logistics system planning, this thesis analyzes the issue of how the business logistics distribution network should plan from the strategic perspective. In this thesis, lowering the total cost of logistics, reducing logistics investment, and heightening their customer service levels are regarded as the strategic target of the business logistics distribution network system planning. Starting with the analysis of the logistics node, this thesis studies the theory of logistics node layout planning, and transportation decision-making planning, as well as the organizational structure of the internal logistics distribution network. These are bases on which the evaluating index system, which is used to check the performance of the internal logistics distribution network, are founded, thus providing an entire process of the logistics distribution network system planning. This thesis focuses on studying the structure design of the business logistics distribution network, that is, the location planning of logistics fixative facilities (mainly referring to the quantity, position, and scales of the fixative facilities in use). Aiming at the dissimilarity in the quantity of the supply sources, this thesis provides a corresponding mathematics model for location planning of logistics facilities on the predigested premise.This thesis mainly adopts the method that combines quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis, making full use of the existing research results. Borrowing some relevant experience, home and abroad, it puts forward some new ideas after studying the existing research results. This thesis analyzes the structure problem of the business logistics distribution network (mainly referringto the quantity, position, and scales of the fixative'facilities in use of the business logistics distribution network system) by using the method of mathematics planning, and build up the corresponding mathematics model under certain circumstance and solve the problem accordingly.
