Supermarket, as a new promoting retail trade, formed marketable predominancerapidly because of its working characteristic, such as sweeping stock, chain sell, lowprice with high quality and convenience, also, it provides a comfy, unrestricted andeaseful shopping condition without purchaser and bargainer's contact face-to-face, itsmarket possessive rate rise fleetly. When super market develops prosperously, severalsuper market closed down for choosing location blindly.This paper gathered information with methods about field survey andquestionnaire. Estimate system for positional choice of Jinan's supermarket was builtwith AHP. Based on the estimate system, using GIS, it evaluated the distribution ofsupermarket in Jinan and planed reasonable distribution in future. The planningavoids waste about labor force, wealth and material resources under the qualificationof meeting people's daily need better. This paper discussed measurable feasibleestimate system through field survey, that can enrich location theory and haveimportant meaning for study of economic geography, especially for urban geography.The whole paper is disparted into five portions:The first part is the introduction. This paper introduced the research background,research developing at home and abroad of positional choice of Jinan's supermarket,the basic theories, research approach and the main research object. Center belt theory,region interact theory and minimum differences theory are the basis of the paper.The second part is the analysis of supermarket's current situation in Jinan.Beginning with the developing background of supermarket in Jinan, this part analyzedthe advantage and characteristic of supermarket developing in Jinan, and maindistributing characteristics of the big supermarket in Jinan at the same time.In the third part, the author finds the location factor analysis about supermarket'sdistribution in Jinan and builds evaluation system.Through the study of supermarket'sdistribution actuality in the second part, this paper found the main influencing factor.Then, based on the principle of urban commerce's positional choice, using Delphi andAHP, this paper gained estimate system for positional choice of Jinan's supermarketand unscrambled it as well.The fourth part is the condign evaluation of distribution for Jinan's supermarket.This paper evaluated existing supermarket in Jinan scientifically with evaluationindex system. Then, divided supermarket into different types based on differentstandard and using GIS evaluated befitting construct site. Some suggestions on how tooptimize reasonable distribution of super market were given in the end.The fifth part is the whole article's epilogue.In this part the author sum up thisstudy, find its lack that should be perfected later by the work and the experience formlife.
