| In today's economy development cooperate takes the place' of competitions gradually. Supply chains begin to be popular in management research area. The topic of this paper is a certain kind of cooperate formation which called Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI). Based on former research results about VMI the paper will study the implement problems further more. VMI will be proved feasible by exchange cost economics. The paper will also try to supply principles to choose right cooperate mode, and give some advice to carry out problems in VMI running. Finally a successful example of VMI will be analyzed to make a point of the author's view. |
