With the updated demand by modern management following the presence of New Economy Era, enterprises have acquired a new level of recognition in management notion and method. The application of various advanced management notion and method help enterprises to build up energetic and positive environment. As a category of management, Management By Objectives which is now widely introduced by enterprises in our country is rewarding for its adopters.However, enterprises come across many difficulties while employing this Management By Objectives.
