Study On Coordination Management Of Large-Scale Construction Project

In the past, engineering construction process is regarded as the target in construction project management. A lot of researches are defined on a certain functional management (such as quality, cost, schedule, contract) of a certain stage (such as feasibility research, design, construction) of a certain participant (such as the owner, designer, contractor) in construction project. This kind of project management mode results in questions in both theory and practice. With construction modes popularized such as owner's responsibility system of investment project, general contract model in " engineering - construction - procurement", the general contractor in project management and contractor participating in BOT project ,etc, and with Internet and Intranet applied in the field of building, it seems very important and urgent for the problem of project coordination management(PCM). It has become one of the focuses that people research and develop in the field of building both at home and abroad.Construction project coordination management (CPCM) has further been researched from several respects following mainly in the paper:Future management will develop to coordinate in the century. The content of coordination management is very comprehensive, including all researched fruit and researching content in project management to this day. In this paper the proper is to develop the theory of management to a new lever and to revolve those problems such as coordination management objectives of construction project, structure breakdown method, information coordinatization.Through the study on organizational management of the construction project, it is analyzed that the range of the project manage , contract mode , institutional framework , dividing the work and contract structure, probed into intension and function , and explain the though of coordination management from three aspects such as single project, enterprise with many project and different enterprises." Three Major Goal Control " in traditional construction project mode develops into objectives control system in coordination management .It is studied that the objectives responsibility system of the coordination management in an all-round way, probed into interests distribution of each side in coordination management in theterms of the contract.lt has been researched all-round that system analysis method and criterion based on the coordinatized construction project. Positive research of construction project indicates that it is a basic work for coordinatized management to carry on scientific project system analysis and utilize its result fully. Project breakdown structure (PBS) is a chain to coordinate in project management system.It has been discussed that the problem of information coordinatization in construction project all-sided in the paper. Because of the application of Internet in construction project management, and the ripe researches and development for each subsystem of project management, only it is discussed that construction information coordinatization is regarded. It is put forward that every member's unified standard definite method of information exchange in the whole course of the construction project, and probed into the overall data of the construction project and information haring further.
