Research On Communication And Coordination Management For Construction Project

This article explores the communication and coordination management theory and relative approaches for construction projects.It studies the communication and coordination management through the whole process of construction projects.It builds a three-dimensional coordinate diagram and analyzes the communication and coordination management for the three control objectives.It explains the internal and external communication and coordination management for projects from the view of project team. Its main coordination level is relationship coordination.Project team management is based on the support of team culture construction and team motivation mechanism, which helps project managers to make decisions in such coordination surface and improve the efficiency of project communication and coordination management.Finally, based on the concept of project "coordination surface",it is divided into project technological coordination and project organizational coordination to analyze project communication and coordination mechanism,and it introduces a FAHP evaluation model and general decision-making process for project coordination management.
