One key of success of the construction project is coordination management. If coordination management is done well, the project and its organizations can realize sustainable development. There are many participants, and their relationships are complicated. Whether their relationships between them are coordinated well, is directly related to the normal operation of the project. Therefore, stakeholder coordination management of the construction project is important content of project coordination management, and is a powerful weapon of scientific project management.The paper firstly describes related theories of stakeholder coordination management of the construction project, namely stakeholder theory and coordination management thought. Based on the research, the paper defines the stakeholder of construction project, and classifies them. At the meantime, the paper analyses the interest and their conflict of stakeholder of construction project.Based on the research of stakeholder of construction project, the paper discusses characteristics, content and methods of coordination management of stakeholder. Meanwhile, it establishes the system of stakeholder coordination management, namely navigation system, support system and implementation system, and introduces the operation flow. Besides, the paper establishes models of stakeholder coordination management. They are helpful to correct dealing with the coordination game relation between the owner, each contractor and the supervisor, the coordination game relation between the owner and lending syndicate and the coordination game relation between the owner and government. How to inspirit and restrict each participant to coordinate their relations well, is an important issue for stakeholder coordination management. The paper establishes constraint mechanisms, such as coordination management institution of stakeholder, coordination management culture of stakeholder. And it builds incentive mechanisms, such as reward incentive mechanism, reputation incentive mechanism and so on. At last, based on background of BOT project of H expressway, the paper defines and classifies the stakeholder of the project, analyses their coordination game relations, and discusses the incentive and constraint mechanisms and its obstacles, which appear during the stakeholder coordination course. It is a practical application for the theory discussion above.
