Study On The Coordination Management Of Project Stakeholders Under Agent Construction System

Because of the many stakeholders involved in the agent construction project,the relationship between them is more complex.However,in order to ensure that the overall objectives of the project can be successfully implemented,it is the key to coordinate the management of stakeholders.Firstly,this paper defines the basic concepts of project stakeholders' coordination management,including the concept of agent construction system,the definition of the concept of interest coordination management and the theory of group motivation.On this basis,the author defines the project stakeholders under the agent system and divides it into three categories: core stakeholders,stakeholders and other stakeholders.At the same time,this paper analyzes the causes of the formation of the project stakeholders conflict.Through basic research on the interests of the agent construction system under the relevant party related content,coordinate management system coordination and management of the relationship between the project stakeholders to build,create the harmonious management system includes three subsystems,namely,guiding system,auxiliary system and execution system,and introduces the operation process of the system.Due to the coordination and management mechanism is a necessary means to coordinate the management of stakeholders,according to group dynamics theory as the foundation construction of the coordination and management mechanism of stakeholders,namely the incentive mechanism to reward mechanism and reputation mechanism and mainly to the system and culture based constraint mechanism.Finally,based on the Beijing W Hospital Relocation Project as an example,firstly defines the scope of the project stakeholders involved,and then analyze the conflict between the project stakeholders and the causes,and finally put forward the corresponding solution to the conflict management mechanism of conflict.
