The Analysis And Decision Research On Logistics Executive Mode Of Enterprise

Based on the theory of analyzing logistics management, the article summarizes the existing logistics management at present. From the aspect of participating degree of logistics management and needed relevant organization structure, this article divides the Logistics Executive Mode into five categories. They are Entire Self-supporting Logistics Executive Mode> Logistical Union between Enterprises Logistics Executive Mode, Part Logistical Function Outsourcing Logistics Executive Mode, Combined Logistical Function Outsourcing Logistics Executive Mode> Entire Logistical Function Outsourcing Logistics Executive Mode. Finally, this article puts forward the influencing factors and the standard of making policy when an enterprise chooses Logistics Executive Mode.Nowadays, there exist many different kinds of logistics Executive mode of Enterprise both in theory and practice field. In order to adapt to intense market competition, rapid information pass, fast changing outside surroundings, an enterprise has to consider the influence of the Logistics Executive mode on its operation activities from more aspects, including the quick response of logistics, just in time supply, the lowest cost, the best service , scale effect, the highest efficiency and so on. In order to choose suitable executive mode, it is necessary for an enterprise to learn very clearly about the influence of different logistics executive mode on its operation activities and strategic management. This article analyses and summarizes all kinds of logistics executive modes in theory field. Considering the practical management need, this article analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the five logistics executive modes, scope of application and their respective relevant framework of organization.From the aspect of participating and controlling degree, in the five logistics executive modes, the participating of an enterprise becomes weaker and weaker, so does the controlling degree. From the aspect of complexion of organization management, it becomes simpler and simpler for an enterprise to organize and manage, so its corresponding management cost will decrease. From the aspect of transaction cost, the five logistics executive modes becomes higher and higher. From the aspect of the degree of socialization and specialized division of labor, the degree of the five logistics executive modes becomes higher and higher, so does the specialized division of labor. So the latter several logistics executive modes play important role in improving the logistics management efficiency of the whole society.The main difference between the five logistics executive modes is not whether it is good or bad, but whether it is suitable for an enterprise's practical needs. When making a decision, an enterprise may consider the following two aspects: one is the economic factors, that is, whether it can decrease the cost and the capitals investment; the other one is the strategic factors, that is, whether it can improve the level of customer services, gain professional technologies of logistics, enter a new market more easily and make an enterprise be absorbed in core affair.An enterprise may choose different logistics executive modes in different periods.
