Study On Innovation Abilities Of The Manufacturing Enterprise Clusters

Equipment manufacturing industry is the footstone for the economic development of a country and area. And is the base to strengthen competitiveness of a country and area. Equipment manufacturing industry of our country through the development for reform and opening-up near 30 years, have already set up comparatively complete industrial system, and obtain prodigious achievements. But it has a great disparity to international advanced equipment manufacturing industry, it mostly materialize that concentration degree of the equipment manufacturing industry is still quite low, most of them have not come into being industry clusters, and the innovation ability is quiet weak.This text is exactly directed against the problems exist in the equipment manufacturing industry, especially concentration degree of equipment manufacturing industry still quite low and the innovation ability quiet weak, the main contents are as following:(Ⅰ) From the point of space and time view, retrospect and comment the national and international researches on the innovation system of industry clusters especially on the equipment manufacturing clusters, bound the conceptions of the equipment manufacturing clusters and the technique innovation system of the equipment manufacturing industry clusters.(Ⅱ) Analyze the inscapes of the technique innovation system of the equipment manufacturing industry clusters, the meshwork configuration as well as the interlinkage model among the elements.(Ⅲ) Discuss the technique innovation mechanism of the equipment manufacturing industry clusters, the general process of the technique innovations and the principles on choosing cooperations in the processof the technique innovations. Aiming to the peculiarity of the equipment manufacturing, establish a suit of evaluating guideline on choosing cooperations when the equipment manufacturing industry clusters innovate, present a "DEA-AHP" model. Then validate that the model is correct through the case of Deyang equipment manufacturing industry clusters "three huge enterprises" in choosing the cooperations.(Ⅳ) Using the innovation ability appraise index of the science and technology industry clusters publicized by the national science and technology part for reference, advance a method—Principal Component Analysis ,through the concretely analysis on six equipmentmanufacturing industry clusters ———Keyang, Shanghai , Xi'an, Tianjin,Shengyang, Foushan ,construct a guideline to evaluate the innovation ability on equipment manufacturing industry clusters. The most effecting indexes are: the amount of patent in a cluster, the expend of research and development, conveniences of the transport, the attracting degree on the favorable policy, the sanity of the code and policy.(Ⅴ) Put forward some measures to improve the innovation abilities of Deyang equipment manufacturing industry clusters.The researching progeny has some reference value in making regulations and policies for Equipment Manufacturing Industry and district economy.
