The Research On System Analysis Of Railway Safety Control And Records Of Meeting And Delivering Trains Administration Information System

In the 21^st century that is characterized by the Knowledge Economy and Network Economy, information technology has become an important component of an enterprise's core competition. As a measure to promote the competing ability of an enterprise, it has naturally become the goal of an enterprise to realize the full-scale information.There are several elements existing in the administration of the railway transport, such as the increasing number of the transportation, the continuous accelerating of the speed, the adjusting of the moving map, the safety of transportation, and the increasing demand to arrive on time. In response to these elements, this paper analyzes the problems existing in the safety control and recording work of the meeting and delivering trains. From the aspects of the safety control and the construction of the information of records administration, this paper also probes into the status and the role of the administration information in the railway transportation. Then it puts forward the basic thoughts in the safety control of meeting and delivering trains as well as in the construction of the information system of the records administration. Taking Xiangfan Northern Railway Station as an example, the author analyzes the safety control and construction of the information system of the record administration. After that, this paper introduces the effect of the practical use of the theories on the administration information system and foreshows the direction in which the transportation enterprises can carry out the information construction.The author hopes that the administration of the computer system in the enterprise can be strengthened and the pace of the information construction can be speeded up so that better effect can be obtained. This paper also provides thesolutions and operating modes for the cultivating of the enterprise's ability and innovation. Besides, the paper offers a consult for the study and implement of the information of the railway transportation.
