Research On Shenzhen Water Affair Systematic Investment Structure Optimization

The quality of the infrastructure investment structure of urban water affair is influencing the systematic investment benefit of the urban water affair, even influencing the whole urban development. This paper has studied structure, characteristic and water affair investment characteristic of the affair system of urban water at first, proposes and establishes a fuzzy stochastic multi objective decision making (FSMODM) model for a large scale system, discusses some elementary properties for fuzzy probability of fuzzy event, based on these conversion of the FSMODM model into crisp equivalent form is studied and a method of hierarchical decomposition and coordination is presented. The FSMODM model in this paper is applied to the study of urban water in Shenzhen city and its result is satisfying.The paper amounts to five chapters, part as follows:Chapter 1 Introduces the research's background and characteristic and explains research contents and the select title's meaning.Chapter 2 Proceeding from general theory of systematic science, the situation of combining the affair system of urban water has described structure , characteristic , function of the affair system of urban water ,etc.Chapter 3 Introduce water affair investment intension , characteristic , key element ,etcChapter 4 Set up investment structure optimize model , including single goal investment and Multi object decision making (FSMODM) model. The FSMODM model is applied to the study of urban water in Shenzhen city and have made better result.Chapter 5 Set up water affair capital expenditure benefit comprehensive evaluation index system, use the analytic approach of the level to appraise to benefit of water affair capital expenditure of ShenzhenChapter 6 The theory achievement that the full text is made is summarized, point out the water affair investment structure in Shenzhen is insufficient and needing the improved place when optimized.
