Performance Management (PM) , as the core in the broad field of human resource management (HRM) , is a systematic management project , the process and outcome of which will directly effect other aspects of HRM and subsequently influence the HR policy and operation of a company , It is a new and great task for domestic enterprises to establish and improve a PM system which is accord with our national conditions and demands of the socialist market economy . Upon the basic theory , process of PM and practical circumstance State grid , there is analysis on the main problems in PM field among the State grid . In addition , enterprises in the State grid system will derive benefit from the PM program that is introduced .There are four parts in this thesis . In the first part, the significance of PM in HRM field , the definition and historical develop of PM are emphasized . the second part is the analysis of basic theory and process of PM . In the third Part, main problems in PM field among the State grid are described and analysis on the reasons as well . And finally , a consummate PM program for the State grid enterprises is introduced in the fourth part of this thesis . |
