This study applies the basic principles of structural equation modeling to the reciprocity between the human resources management and the enterprise performance, explanatorily studies the effect of human resource management practices on enterprise performance through empirical research including the functional path connections between them, expecting to provide new ideas and methods for further study, lay foundation for further lucidity of the "black box" problems and make contribution for enterprises to definitude the value adding process of the human resource management value chain reacting to the enterprise performance.Initially, this research discussed the basic theories of human resource management, enterprise performance and mutual relations, and defining the related concepts combining personal research. Secondly, it designed questionnaire and collecting data, then doing factor analysis to the data using SPSS 16.0, getting six latent variables, namely the market performance, financial performance, employee performance, the innovation ability, basic management of the human resources management and incentive management of the human resource management, and putting forward the research hypotheses. Thirdly, it used structural equation model to construct the model. The study makes specific empirical analysis to this theoretical model using AMOS 17.0 to validate the rationality of the model, and further mends and optimizes the theoretical model to obtain the related routing coefficients at last. Finally, it demonstrated the model according to the path coefficients between latent variables, and obtaining the research results ultimately.
