The Study On The Relationship Among The Organizational Capital、information Technology And Business Performance

With the rise of knowledge economy and economic globalization，Chinese enterprisesfacing the international and domestic competition. Knowledge is gradually replacingtraditional factors of production (land，labor and capital)，become the enterprises to improvebusiness performance and remain the primary source of competitive advantage (Pablos，2002). However,many companies don’t pay attention to employee’s knowledge， information，archive，the core staff leave，unable to properly conduct of business; Ignore the managementof the enterprise knowledge，information，companies to spend time to find or createknowledge，information，enterprise operation efficiency is low. In addition，the book valueand market value of the gap， the attention of researchers of intangible assets of the enterprise.And organization capital as the enterprise knowledge and the collection of information， as animportant part of intangible assets，these will undoubtedly make organization capital hasbecome the focus of researchers.Since1990，the companies affected by the development ofinformation technology，especially network technology，communication technology andcomputer technology represented by information technology，make the enterprise internalinformation faster and more efficient， higher degree of knowledge sharing and more widely，which greatly reduce the cost of the enterprise internal communication cooperation，andbecause of the uniqueness of enterprise organization capital，promoted the differentiationadvantage of the enterprise，thus forms the enterprise competitive advantage.By reading literatures， the author found that the study of organizational capital，organization capital mostly focused on the concept definition，formation，components，evaluation and its relationship with corporate performance，and from the perspective ofinformation technology research organization capital and enterprise performance relationshipis less. Therefore， in view of the fact that information technology can improve the enterpriseinternal information flow rate，the degree of knowledge sharing，the information technologyto the enterprise organization capital what is the impact of organizational capital，information technology and how the relations between enterprise performance? This is thisarticle main research problems.In this article，the author first determine the organizationalcapital，information technology and the concept of enterprise performance and dimensions，and then to review of related literature,summarizes organizational capital，organization capitaland enterprise performance，information technology and capital of an organization. After summarizes present situation of research，to determine their own research ideas and methods.The author combined with knowledge management theory，competitive advantage theory，the theory of performance evaluation of research and analyze the above problems，and putforward relevant assumptions. Finally using questionnaires，using SPSS17.0analysis ofquestionnaire data empirical methods， such as the organization capital， informationtechnology and the relationship between corporate performance and verification，researchconclusions are obtained.In this article，through the empirical analysis to verify the following conclusions:(1) theorganizational capital and corporate performance positive correlation; Organization capital offive dimensions (enterprise system，organization structure， information system， intellectualproperty rights and corporate culture) and enterprise long and short term performance arerelated.(2) information technology and organization capital is related to; Informationtechnology and organization capital of five dimensions (enterprise system，organizationstructure，information system，intellectual property rights and corporate culture) are related.(3) information technology and business performance are related.(4) information technologyhas on the relationship between the organization capital and enterprise performance. In thearticle in the end，the author puts forward the limitation of the study and research prospects.Hope for the theoretical circle， business.
