Analyse & Study Of Total Quality Management Application In Packaging Printing Corporation

Because of the drastic competition environment and outmoded quality management system, it is so hard to grow of packaging printing corporations, if they want to do it, it is necessary to improve or reform their quality management system. Total Quality Management (TQM), to produce products that satisfy customers, is scientific and systematic, so it has quickly got a fully application and development in all kinds of industry of the world from its beginning. As to Chinese packaging printing corporations, if they want to go through the current puzzledom, it's a feasible measure to apply exactly Total Quality Management and make it bring effect.This thesis has four parts.Part One is Introduction. The author studies the implement course of TQM from three ways: material quality control, production quality control and quality improvement, combining some examples to make it practicable.Using for reference of other's achievements, the author discusses the problem of high effective implement and optimizing, by combining theory and practice.
