The research is based on the relevant theories of the social security, sociology, and social psychology (cognitive aspect).It is from the subjective angle of the unemployed, by collecting the data & materials through questionnaire investigation and case interview, analyzed and studied about the cognition and its influential factors of the unemployment reason of the unemployed with the different nature characteristic, social characteristic, economic characteristic. The full paper is divided into 4 parts. In the first part, it has described the study background of the question and chased back the relevant research condition. It has also analyzed and operated the relevant concepts of this study. Furthermore, it has stated the research train, purpose and method. The second part, it has described and analyzed the cognition and its characteristics of the unemployed about the unemployment responsible bodies such as individual, government, enterprise, society and so on. Thereby it has investigated the cognition of the unemployment reason of the unemployed. In the third part, using the cross classification statistical analysis method, it has described and analyzed the influential condition to the cognition of the unemployment reason and its difference. The influential factors include the nature, social and economic characteristic of the unemployed. The fourth part gives the basic conclusion, and according to the conclusion, it has discussed the cognition condition of the unemployment reason and its characteristics of the unemployed。Then it has discussed influential factors including the nature, social, economic characteristic of the unemployed and its differences to the cognition of the unemployment reason. At the same time, it shows the relative discussion and shortages.
