Through the research on the relative theories of performance appraisal, and integrating with the characteristics of organizational structure of X1ANGHUI company, and on the base of full analysis to the performance appraisal system of subsidiary companies, the thesis summaries the advantages and disadvantages of current XIANGHUI subsidiary companies' performance appraisal system, and proposes new performance evaluation improvement project to the existed problems.There are the following quotable aspects of the current performance evaluation system in the subsidiary companies: First, setting up the performance evaluation platform firstly for the subsidiary companies; second, thinking much of the setting of key specifications; third, thinking much of the management of target.At the same time, the indicators for performance check of the current performance evaluation in subsidiary companies are lack of scientificalness, and the means of evaluation are not healthful. And there are many unjustified problems, such as, simple means of evaluation, unreasonable evaluating cycle, deviation in the results, and improper between evaluating result and applications.As to the existed problems in the performance evaluation in the current subsidiary companies, this thesis redesigns the performance evaluating system. The main content is to design the key specifications, and combines the industrial specification with individual specifications according to the different weighing given by the nature of the specifications; Design different evaluating cycle, and combine the short-term encourage with long term encourage; Perfect the performance evaluating flow, and realize the combination of commonness and individuality. The evaluating result has something to do with personal salary and position; besides, it needs to set a leading group of human source and salary through adopting the concepts and group of group company on the measures protection, and gauge the salary structure, set an industrial civilization for the value of the company, and ensure the operation of the system with reasonable evaluating result.
