Research On The Optimization Of Customer Manager Performance Appraisal Scheme In Tianshui Tobacco Company

Performance appraisal is an important carrier of enterprise strategy landing and decomposition and refinement,how to implement the performance appraisal of account manager more effectively,this paper discusses the solution and feasibility of this problem through the comprehensive analysis of domestic and foreign research results,combined with the performance appraisal of account manager of Tianshui Tobacco Company,the performance appraisal scheme of account manager is analyzed and studied,the concrete conclusion is as follows:This paper focuses on the shortcomings of the current performance appraisal program by combining questionnaire and individual interview,and optimizes the performance appraisal program of Tianshui Tobacco Company by using the points-based management method,balanced scorecard and key performance indicators.In view of the problems,combining the theory of fairness and strengthening,the performance appraisal points system of account manager is established,and the key performance index system of account manager is perfected and optimized,including the selection and weight of index,then the process of performance appraisal is perfected,the feedback mechanism of performance communication is improved,and the results of performance appraisal are applied to the material and non-material motivation of account manager.Finally,in order for the new performance appraisal scheme to be better implemented,matching to provide targeted safeguard measures.This paper synthetically applies and draws on the performance appraisal related theory research achievement,carries on the analysis to the account manager performance appraisal,carries on the solution to the existing problem,introduces the points system to carry on the complementary consummation,and provides some reference and the reference for the profession company or similar other enterprise.
