W Tobacco Company Account Manager Performance Evaluation System Optimization

With the developement of economic globalization,more and more enterprises realize the importance role of performance management,and try to figure out how to combine the actual choice of appropriate business performance with management tools.China's tobacco industry implement the "unified leadership,vertical management,monopoly franchise" system,how to improve performance management system to improve the performance of management is the tobacco industry's main problem.Therefore,to develop a set of good management system can not only improve the management level,but also meet the industry development and innovation,cope with fierce international competition needs.The paper analyzes the performance management problems of tobacco companies,such as unequity rewards and punishments,industry status of tobacco enterprises and so on.The main reasons lie in the lack of advanced performance management methods and concepts,imperfect performance management communication mechanism,the lack of good corporate culture,the industry's institutional factors.Based on the theory of performance appraisal,we use KPI,target assessment method and 360 degree assessment method to improve the design of the management program of customer management of w tobacco company,and actively carry out the implementation and improvement of the improvement plan so that the performance appraisal really become reality.Through the optimization of the evaluation program of the customer management of the tobacco company,it aims to improve the business level and work enthusiasm of the client manager,create a positive corporate culture,and realize the marketing strategy of the tobacco company marketing department for the sustainable and healthy development of the tobacco company.
