In the face on the mutative market circumstance, the ERA Electrical Equipment Company is more and more weak in making effectual market plans and executing the market plans resultfully. So, it is necessary to find out a way to help the company, and make the company control the risks of making and executing market plans. In this dissertation, we expect that we can find out a way to make effectual market plans and execute the market plans effetely with the low costs and low risks, and meanwhile, we hope to offer some helpful reference for other enterprises. With a view to the development environment and character of the electrical equipment industry, this text has analyzed some key problems which exist in making and executing market plans, such as reasonless planning flow, absence of flexibility in the market plan, irrational performance assess system, feeble supervise system, with the theories of Flow Alteration and Competitive Strategy. Aiming at these problems, this dissertation gives some suggestions: One, to improve the veracity and adaptability of market plan, we should share the information between the participators, and we should adopt Wheel style communication frame and Complete Channels style communication frame on some key steps of the planning flow. Two, to obtain an exact and in point market plan, we should design the planning flow correctly. Three, to control and reduce the system costs and system risks in adjusting market plans, we should enhance the flexibility in the market plan. Four, to built a powerful supervise system, we should built the systemic and practicable supervise bylaw, take the appropriate supervise means, and carry out the supervise work insistently. Furthermore, by these views, this dissertation suggests some relevant resolvents., and gives a relevant practice case as a example.
