The Project Research Of WISCO Silicon-steel Plant's Alteration And Continuation

On the premise that the leaders of WISCO and our factory assigned the mission, that was to analyse, argue and appraise the problems of market, resource, technique, economy and society. The mission was requested to be finished in a short time before the project began. The aim to get the best project is to make the select scientific and democratic, increase benefit and collocate resource. After collecting and analyzing the data and information of technique, economy and market, The five key problems have been brought forward. The key problems of the project's type, the site, the product scale, the technique and the types of equipments, have been chosen and evaluated in detail by the means of the rate of banlance return, the curve of scale effect, calculating cost and compare produce data. At last the project's type is alteration and continuation, the site is material warehouse, the product scale is 1,200 thousand tons, the technique and the types of equipments are QRD and PL –TCM. The best projects have been got and approved to be feasible. The research offers the reliable basis for the leader to select. The effect, that saves cost, increase benefit and collocate resource, was taken on at the later time. The preparatory design must be completed successly. The research can be used to find the other projets'solutions, and it can take a pushing effect on silicon-steel production.
