With the trend of global competition and knowledge-economy, most countries and enterprises come to lay stress on Human Resources, as well as training, which is one of the measures in Human Resources Development and in improving Human Resources level. But nowadays, those trainings are mostly about employees certain techniques, few about spiritual levels, such as corporate-value judgment, identity, etc. This paper firstly discusses the theories and relationship between training and corporate-culture, in order to illuminate the significance of corporate-culture training. It also emphasizes on the function of corporate-culture training on gathering corporate affinity, approbate by employees and strengthening corporate core-competitiveness. Secondly, this paper minutely demonstrates the method of corporate-culture training planning and executing. It narrates the facts and three aspects combined by content, organizing and mode of training, which we need to take into account as planning. Furthermore, it introduces the flow of executing corporate-culture training. In the fourth part of the paper, it brings in a case by corporate A, so as to introduce how to program and actualize corporate-culture training. It cites the background, management strategy, strategic layout, corporate culture and current training system of corporate A, to deduce its training demand. Last but not the least, the paper presents the execution of the corporate-culture training in corporate A. It tries to recommend in detail how we could execute corporate-culture training. By the evaluation of the case, it also summarizes some complementary recommendations.
