Enterprise culture is an extension of the concept of culture in the specific field of enterprise,which is composed of three aspects. They are: enterprise value, social ethics and behavior norms. Under certain political and economic conditions, the enterprise culture is formed by the persons who are in the production and operation, and is gradually being observed by all the employees of the enterprise. For a long time, the enterprise culture acts as a kind of invisible influence power, and its importance is more and more obvious. Today, competition and enterprises tend to be more importance on the corporate culture of competition, we must create with its own distinct features of enterprise culture, enterprise culture establishment, can promote the growth of competitiveness of enterprises. It is hard to imagine a company with no corporate culture or corporate culture construction of the enterprise, will unite the staff, to achieve the external competitiveness. As PM, even in finishing economic environment is not good, the company's business remained rapid growth, brings along with it is that the corporate sector is increasing rapidly, rapid expansion of personnel. To solve these problems related to the further development of enterprises, how to better optimize the enterprise culture construction, is a major issue facing us. Aiming at the above problems, this paper discusses possible from various aspects, to PM company from reality, deeply understanding of the status of enterprise culture construction, and puts forward to the optimization scheme of PM company's enterprise culture construction.
