The thesis focuses on the relations and influences of Sino-Japanese corporate cultural difference and joint venture educational training. The communication and exchange become easier due to cultural similarity, and also different kinds of conflicts manifest themselves because of cultural difference, leading to some influence.The thesis firstly comes up with the study issue, i.e., through theory analysis, we can know that even though culture and educational training are closely related, cognitional misunderstandings and deficiency still exist in our daily life; through methods such as questionnaires, we get some enlightenment from quantifiable data and the research results also show that some people have an ambiguous and even biased recognition. Therefore, the thesis firstly put forward that it’s very important to cultivate appropriate cultural and educational mind. Only with this mind, culture and education can bond together in the specific educational practice, and people can be guided and educated with the appropriate cultural concept. In the meantime, the thesis also says that in the process of corporate educational training, the deep impact of cultural difference on educational training hasn’t been considered and realized by the people. As to the meaning of the study, the thesis shows that by combining cultural difference and educational training, it proceeds the scientific research theory, practice and practical significance. And on the basis of the literature and documents, puts forward where and how the research is conducted, and also makes some definition about some concepts.The thesis elaborates on the characteristics, similarity and difference of culture, educational training, corporate cultural concept, Chinese corporate culture and Japanese corporate culture, etc. and clarifies and perceives cultural synergy how to avoid cultural conflict. It also clarifies the requirements and contents of corporate educational training system, systematically discusses and analyzes the dialectical relationship of the corporate culture and management, especially educational training. By combing the corporate educational training such as its system and characteristics, it gives a full view of corporate education. It puts more emphasis on the way of the corporate educational training, and makes some classifications, and with work practice and the materials collected from the Internet, it highlights that OJT plays an outstanding and important role in our daily work, hoping that everyone can pay full attention to it.The thesis makes a research on the Chinese and Japanese culture especially the difference between them, and analyzes the influence on the Sino-Japanese corporate. After researching the current status of the Chinese and Japanese corporate educational training, and combining the characteristics of Chinese and Japanese culture, and through cases—the study on the educational training of Sino-Japanese Joint Venture Chongqing XX meter Co., Ltd. and sole proprietorship owned by Japanese Yaz, it concludes the positive and negative impacts made by the joint-venture’s educational training due to Chinese and Japanese cultural difference. And the thesis reflects on the important reason why the Joint-venture has been developing steadily in the past18years is that the corporate has effectively managed the corporate culture. At the same time, it comes up with countermeasures to handle where we should reflect and improve, and provides reference for the development of similar Sino-Japanese corporate. And it explores the inner rules and shows how to adopt its advantages and avoid its shortcomings, and promote the educational training of joint-venture, even how the corporate develops healthily.The thesis elaborates the keys to effectively combining culture with educational training and performing their function by correctly understanding the corporate cultural difference in Sino-Japanese joint venture with combination of practical work, and also in line with the principle that we take initiatives, adopt others’ strong points and combine and refine them to form our unique culture by effectively incorporating the assets of Chinese culture and Chinese corporate culture into corporate educational training, appropriately utilizing the good advantages of Japanese corporate culture and painstakingly avoid disadvantages of Chinese and Japanese corporate culture and conflicts resulted from Chinese and Japanese corporate culture difference to lessen the impact on the joint venture educational training, The thesis mainly takes the educational training in Chongqing XX Meter Co., Ltd. as a study example, which plays powerful practical value and guiding significance.Besides, it is hoped that the thesis could inspire similar Sino-Japanese joint venture, and be as a good reference and inspiration for their basic management and related work.
