We live in the times of knowledge economy. The competition is more and more intensive. In the industry which the company belongs to, competitive capacity is that company can adjust and upgrade the production capacity according to the changes of market and technology, and at the same time, company can improve the quality of product, decrease the cost, adjust the marketing strategy and advance the service, so that customers can be satisfied. So, we are searching for a solution, which can support the product lifecycle management. It can be used to develop competitive products quickly under a proper cost and occupy the market fast. Now, a powerful solution—CPC is emerging in manufacturing industy.Collaborative Product Commerce is defined as "a class of software and services that uses Internet technologies to permit individuals—no matter what role they have in the commercialization of a product, no matter what computer-based tools they use, no matter where they are located geographically or within the supply net—to collaboratively develop, build, and manage products throughout the entire lifecycle."This paper brings forward a new framework of CPC (Collaborative Product Commerce) systems in make-to-order manufacturing enterprise. In the phase of system analysis, we choose IDEFO models to analyze the requests of CPC system. And in the phase of design, we choose UML to design and describe the system. As followed, the paper introduces the application of EIP in the CPC system.In the following part of the pape, we choose a make-to-order company as a case. After comparing theoretical CPC system with the real system, we confirm some conclusions of establishing CPC system.With the progress of MIS, CPC system will become the core system in manufacturing in the future.
