Risk Management Of Financing In Electric Power Projects Of Zhejiang Province

The main content of this paper is the risk management of financing in electric power projects of Zhejiang Province.Currently, project financing has been fully utilized and popularized in electric power industry. But due to the characteristics of long duration, large scale, multi participators and complicated structure, project financing caused at the same time enormous risks. These risks run through the whole process of the project financing; therefore a successful financing depends on the reasonable apportionment and strict management of the risks.In this article, the financing risks in electric power projects of Zhejiang Province have been divided into 3 stages according to time sequence of the development of electric power projects of Zhejiang, i. e. risks arisen during the construction and exploitation period, risks arisen during the commissioning period and risks arisen during the production and operation period. The article gives a profound analyze of the main potential risks of each period and the causes of these risks, puts forward the respective concrete measures to avoid the risks, and also expounds how to avoid effectively the risks by all kinds of bargains and contracts combined with the benefit of every aspect relating to the project based on the financing case of Zhejiang Lanxi Power Plant Project.
