Power engineering project is the foundation of the People’s Daily life and industrial electricity, for the country’s economic development has the vital significance. In today’s rapid phase of modern industrial development, present a weak power supply, the rapid growth of demand is not able to meet the reasonable requirements of the current electricity, power outages, the phenomenon such as trip, to people’s life and social economic development poses a serious obstacle. Electric power project construction to improve the situation of insufficient power has the vital significance. However, power engineering project with large investment, long construction front, high quality and safety standards and construction is difficult, therefore, electric power engineering project risk management is particularly important. Power engineering project construction period is generally long, project in each stage to changes in labor, materials, machinery and other factors. How effective power engineering project risk evaluation, and to control risks is the problem of the current electric power enterprises need to focus on. The purpose of this study is based on A power engineering project risk identification and evaluation, explores effective measures of power engineering project risk aversion, for our country the electric power construction enterprises, electric power project investment management provide powerful reference basis.In this paper, based on the theory of project management and risk management theory, using literature research, case analysis method and fuzzy evaluation method, combined with the actual situation of A power engineering project, to conduct A comprehensive analysis on power engineering project risk management. First of all, the related literature data collection, sorting, analysis, induction, has been clear about the risk, project risk management, to form the theoretical basis of this study; Combined with the general elements of risk management, explore power engineering project risk management content and the characteristic; Then, in combination with the practical situation of A power engineering project, analysis of the various risk factors and the project risk identification methods; After the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method for A power engineering project risk evaluation, the evaluation results, provide the basis for A power engineering project risk response; Finally, according to the characteristics of A power engineering project risk and the evaluation results, the proposed power engineering project risk control and coping strategies.
