Since the last century 1990s,Industrial clusters theories have attracted widespread interest in theoretical circles and government, Developed countries pay an attention to the issue of industrial clusters relatively early, and our research on industrial clusters in the late 1990s.Our scholars in different fields study on the industrial clusters from different perspective.Applying management science, industry economics, and regional economics theories,and studying on Jiaodong Peninsula and industrial clusters in perspective, this paper analyzes the economic development of industrial clusters and the interaction.First, this paper elaborates on the definition of industrial clusters, characteristics, classification, sub-cluster formation mechanisms in the industry and the life-cycle theory, from the theoretical research to industry clusters, and analyzes the industry clusters many competitive advantages from the perspective of economics to economics. Then, it combines with our industry cluster analysis of the actual status of the development of China's industry clusters.Second, combining the theoretical analysis of industrial clusters and my description of the current development of industrial clusters this paper studies on Jiaodong peninsula empirical analysis: First it analyzes Jiaodong peninsula industries and clusters development status, and then analyzes Jiaodong Peninsula industry cluster development factors based on Porter's "diamond" theory, finally, it analyzes the economic effects of the industry cluster to Jiaodong peninsula.Finally, based on the above studies, this paper presents Jiaodong peninsula problems in the development of industrial clusters and industrial upgrading Jiaodong peninsula clustering strategy.
