| Along with the development of the technology and economy, human being is more important in corporation than before. People begin to use a bran-new idea of capital management to treat the human resource. Human resource management is translating into human capital management. How to improve the ROI of human capital will affect the winning of the corporation.However, being a HR manager, the author of this paper found in daily work that most corporation could never use the human capital research result into the practicing of management. Especially, people feel confused in how to analysis the human capital in qualitative and quantitative style, how to supervise the corporation management decision under this analysis result, and how to evaluate and validate the actual effect of corporation management from the view of human capital ROI.So this task of research and design try to probe into the theory of human capital, established a system method including the analyses and practice to improve the ROI of human capital in A corporation. The practice of capital policy is more exact by integrating the qualitative and quantitative analyses. And the evaluation model which has been proved by international human capital theory research has been usedto verify the design and practice in A corporation by the author of this paper.The mostly point in this paper are:It absorbed the updated view of the famous international consult management corporation, believed that the really advantage of human capital was not only the employee themselves, but also the management style, that was the human capital management system made up by the human capital policy. It integrated effectively the character of human capital and policy, designing the human capital policy adapt to A corporation instead of copying the model of other company. It abandoned the traditional style in founding problem of HR personne, insisted on finding the really human capital problem of A corporation from the fact, by using the associative mode of inside labor market analyses model and qualitative research.It used the market research principle for reference, integrated the employee research and quantitative analyses to find the human capital drive power in A corporation, validated from the two aspect of words and deeds. Then integrated the problem of A corporation and the human capital drive power to decide the human capital policy which was more exact than before.It used the evaluation model which has been proved by international human capital theory research to verify the design and practice in A corporation by the author of this paper. The validity was improving by using not only the data validating, but also the problem tracing. Of course, this paper also has a lot of shortage, because of the localization of the corporation scale and time, the author could not use the statistical model analysis such as the Produce Function Multiple Regression Analysis, the quantitative way in human capital could not lay out enough. It also brought the difficulty into the upperresearch.Any way, the purpose of this task is not only improving the ROI of human capital in A corporation, but also providing some useful help in exploring the strudy of improving human capital ROI in the high-tech corporation in pioneering stage same as A corporation. |
