Research On The Effect Of Sino-American Trade By The Non-market Economy Status

China's exporting trade has been increasing quickly after Reform and opening, but China is troubled with more Non-Tariff Barriers (NTBs) with exporting trade increasing. Now, China has been a biggest country in the world harmed by AD, which easily relates the Legal Instruments on China's Accession to the World Trade that America does not confer China as a ME country. So, NME status' issues has been an important trade barrier on Chinese product exporting to other counties, posed a great multitude harm to Chinese foreign trade, and produced a good deal side-effect on Sino-American trade.This paper takes research on NME's pertinent issues first, then analyzes NME status' threat and the meaning of China treated a ME country by other counties since China has been a ME country.From above all that I have analyzed and researched, come to conclusions: NME status tolerates the reasonable choice of ME, denies the fact that China has cost privilege, enhances the uncertainty of Chinese exporter's profit, deteriorates China's trade terms exporting to America, but is not obvious as a NTBT which protect American from importing Chinese product. Finally, I give some proposal and advice.
