The Research On Enterprise Resource Planning System For Typical Manufacturing Industry

As an advanced management method that based on IT, ERP combined businessmanagement thought and advanced computer technology. At present, more and moreautomobile part enterprises begin to use ERP/MRPII to manage their productionprocedure in our country, SCM as the key thought of ERP met the need of enterprises'development. But during the use of it in enterprises, there exposed something needs tobe improved, for example, the inside and outside supply chain cannot contact closely.So how to combine ERP and SCM effectively under the existing technologicalcondition becomes a problem urgently to be solved.The author regarded YDERP system in T automobile part enterprise's CIMSproject as background, combined the research of ERP and SCM theory then studiedthe systematic structure of automobile part enterprise's ERP system which based onSCM. At first, the article introduced some questions existing in the development ofautomobile part industry in our country briefly;the research necessity of ERP underSCM is explained. Secondly, this paper introduced such contents as basic conception,characteristic, structure of ERP and SCM, etc., and analysed their inner linkemphatically. Third, the paper discussed the structure of automobile part enterprise'sERP system which based on SCM, and its function characteristics, expandedfunctions, etc., put forward the new view as: setting-up of the BOM which based onproduction process, check point and pull-mode shopflow control, setting-up of'shipment mode'. Fourth, this paper expatiated on the design concept and criticalskills of realizing the ERP system. Finally, this paper analysed the application ofYDERP system in T Company. Proved the practicability of the system and lookedforward to the development trend of ERP.
