Astudy On Factors Of Green Supply Chain Management In Atuomobile Part Manufacutring Enterprise In Liuzhou

Our ecocnomy of automobile industry vigorous growth contributes to development ofautomobile part manufacturing enterprises recntly years. It is not only adapt to nationalstrategy for sustainable development, but aslo be advantage to enhance corecompetitiveness in the field of automobile industry. As a new manufacture model,GSCMis effective way to solve the problem about wasting resources and reducing pollution.However, conpared wtih coastal province, automobile part manufacturing enterprises inLiuZhou starts lately in GSCM. Therefore, it’s very important for us to anylsize the levelof GSCM about them.This paper focus on the practice of Green Supply Chain management (GSCM) in thefield of automobile part manufacturing enterprise in Liuzhou area and explores factors onGSCM in connect with related119enterprises. This paper investigates the survey data ofauto parts by using factor analysis method, but the result shows that the level of GSCM isa little bit low, which can be summed up with four main driving factors, greenrule,environmental policy of enterprise, customer demand in environment protect andenvironmental consciousness from internal enterprise. It is found that there are fournegtive factors:high cost, lacking of control mearsues and inspection, negtive attitude formdecision maker about environment protection, low demand from consumer forenvironment protection. Thus, according to the impacts of driving and negtive factors,differential suggestions are proposed.This paper aims to indict driving and negtive factors involved in GSCM for resolvingthe environment problem caused by operation from automobile part manufacturingenterprise. In addition, it aslo can be the basis for Government departments to formulate Greenpolicy.
