With the progress of science and technology nowadays,many enterprises choose to use the automatic storage and retrieval system(ASRS)instead of traditional warehouses to store goods.the traditional warehouses are no longer able to meet the demands of the diversified goods.On the contrary,ASAR enables the rational storage and respond to the clients quickly.Many varieties of mixed production with high production efficiency can achieve the progress of a variety of products,and this new mode of production has been intensively used by manufacturing company.Mixed assembly is more complex than line production,because it involves in the timely supply of materials,production equalization of products and other issues.The automobile manufacturing enterprises in this paper adopt the mode of many varieties of mixed production.Based on the model of mixed production,the paper takes the automated warehouse as the research object,study the display of goods in one of the cases,using the mathematical model describing the slotting optimization problem,and then verified by simulation,so find a simple and practical method to solve the location optimization problem.and analyzed the enterprise's export and import process.This paper first introduces the research background and research situation about the slotting optimization problem.The concept and characteristics of inventory and automated warehouse are described in this paper,and describes the different storage modes of the goods in the warehouse.Then,the paper introduces some basic information of A automobile manufacturing enterprises.This paper uses natural constraint language to describe the mathematical model.After a field research,we can collect basic data of Company A.On the basic of these data,we build a simulation of optimizing stereo-storage allocation of Company A on the POEM platform and reach a conclusion.
