E-BUSINESS is a kind of fresh subject which developed recently, as well as akind of new industry which has great potential. Based on discussion about someprinciples, a detail analysis to E-BUSINESS carry on step by step in this paper, witha sample of 'e-sold' project.In first part, some aspects are introduced: base principles of E-BUSINESS;analysis to its origin, development, existing conditions, features;and its influence toindividual and corporations. Furthermore, such as development status, barriers andforecast are demonstrated.Next, the three important operation modes are referred, that is B2B, B2C and C2C.With the analysis to the difference of these modes, the paper demonstratecharacteristics which focus on 'shop on line' and 'auction on line' which belong toB2B, and 'market on line' which belongs to C2C. Another, the bottleneck preventingthe domestic development of C2C mode is showed.Following, as a sample, 'e-sold' project is highlight. In this part, target market,benefit mode, busyness policy, busyness aid, market environment, operation stratagem,competition stratagem and marketing stratagem of this project are analyzed. And somemethods, such as trade match mechanism, E-payment transfer treatment and creditmanagement are explained.At last, an application system of 'e-sold' is described detail. In this system, itsmain function models, busyness process flow, systematic frame, security policy,management team, design and development are introduced separately.
