Study On The Evolvement Of County Economic Discrepancy And Coordinated Development Of Zhejiang Province

In this paper, I analysis the internal economy discrepancy of Zhejiang Province from the view of the county economy in the aspect of time and space, and study the county economic discrepancy evolved trajectory, differences in the spatial distribution characteristics and influence factors and policy measures seeking effective governance over-widening the economic discrepancy among counties suggestions in Zhejiang Province since1990.so as to promote the economic development of underdeveloped areas in Zhejiang Province, and realize the coordinated development of county economy.Numerous domestic and international scholars to study the regional economic difference, which always is a new topic no matter how times change. Foreign experts and scholars established content-rich theoretical system of regional economic development long ago, including balanced regional development, unbalanced development and regional economic development mode.The paper’s direct study object is1990-2010’s county economy in Zhejiang, and use single indicator to analysis of the evolution of the economic discrepancy among counties in aspect of general characteristics, the absolute difference, the relative differences,and the economic regionalization in Zhejiang Province. For2010economic discrepancy among counties condition, With the help of Spss,the paper use principal component analysis method to evaluate the level of development of the county economy in Zhejiang Province, and use GIS spatial visual expression to study the spatial structure of the county economy.Based on the evolution of the economic discrepancy among counties in Zhejiang, the paper explained both from the general impact factor and Zhejiang specific factor, but also study the regional economic development policy over the past decade.At the last, the paper conclude the policy measures that governance regional economic disparities and general policy experience, and put forward policy recommendations to accelerate the economic development of underdeveloped areas in Zhejiang province.
