Study On The County Economic Difference And Coordinated Coordinated Development Of Hubaoeyu Urban Agglomeration

Regional economic differences are universal.Because of their unique location conditions,resource endowments,policies and so on,all regions are at different levels of economic development.Too large economic differences are bound to hinder the coordinated development of the overall regional economy.The geographical scope of Hubaoeyu urban agglomeration includes three cities in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region and Yulin City in Shaanxi Province.The urban agglomeration is rich in coal,natural gas,rare earth and other resources.With the implementation of the national western development strategy,the economic development of the urban agglomeration has achieved a leap forward development.Many economic development indicators are higher than the national average level,but the economic development of 38 counties within the urban agglomeration Economic differences continue to expand.This paper takes Hubaoeyu urban agglomeration as the research object,analyzes the dynamic development process of economic differences,and further discusses the degree of county economic coordination and its influencing factors,which not only has important application value for promoting the coordinated development of urban agglomeration county economy,but also can provide basis for other regions' economic development.In this paper,38 counties of Hubaoeyu urban agglomeration are taken as the research object,and it is found that the absolute difference of county economy in Hubaoeyu urban agglomeration is expanding from 2000 to 2018,and the relative difference has a trend of increasing volatility.Global Moran's per capita GDP of Hubaoeyu urban agglomeration The statistical value of I index is greater than 0,which has significant spatial correlation,indicating that the areas with similar economic level are gathering in space,the overall spatial pattern of economic development in Hubaoeyu urban agglomeration is higher in the north and lower in the south,and the economic hot spots are moving to the south.The southern counties of Yulin City are always the cold spots of economic development of urban agglomeration.In addition,taking per capita GDP as an indicator to measure the level of county economy,further using the convergence method to test the change trend of county economic differences,it is found that the results obtained by absolute ? convergence and ? convergence are the same.In 2000-2018,the county economic growth of Hubaoeyu urban agglomeration is the same as a whole,and in terms of segmentation,it is first differentiated and then converged.Secondly,in the aspect of coordinated development of county economy,the degree of economic coordination among counties in 2010-2018 urban agglomeration has the characteristics of first rising,then declining and then rising,and the capacity of coordinated development of county economy is still low.The key factors affecting the coordinated development of county economy in urban agglomerations are GDP per capita,fixed asset investment of the whole society,added value of the tertiary industry,total retail sales of social consumer goods and per capita disposable income of urban residents.Finally,based on the above analysis,the paper gives some suggestions to reduce the economic differences among counties,to promote the polarization and diffusion of growth pole,to define the position,to realize the development of urban limits and differences,to coordinate the division of labor and cooperation of industries,and to promote the economic development of backward counties.
