Since entering China in 1980's, ERP software has grown rapidly. According torelevant statistics , ERP industry grows at the speed of 30% per year in China inrecent years. But the fact that low successful rate of ERP implementation in Chinastarts to influence sound development of whole industry.During ERP implementation process, this paper studies many domestic andforeigh ERP implementation cases, probes their successful or failingexperiences ,combines management thearies learned postgraduate study andresearches implementation methods of ERP project of Jinzhong Company.It not onlyaccumulates implementation and service experiences on this project, but alsoestablishes typical application customers.This paper, basing on the implementation of Kingdee ERP commercial software,studies common problems of SME in varions spects such as finance, sales, production,purchase, stock, decision making and management control;it emphasize improvementof enterprise management in ERP implementation and concerns transform ofmanagement mode and restructure of business process.According to characters ofmarket competition faced by Jinzhong Company, the paper specially stresses quickresponse capacity of enterprise on sales orders and helps the enterprise to establishsmooth and efficient business process with orders as the center;on this base, it definesthe responsibilityes and coordination relations of various department again , perfectscurrent management system and really helps SME to perfect management.Jinzhong Company, after restructing business process and perfecting its systems,removes such problems as disorder material management and weak basicmanagement that puzzle senior management for a long period and gets rid of obstacleon ERP Duplementation.ERP project of Jinzhong Company doesn't proceed smoothly in early stage andstarts to implement under the background without successful applications. During thisprocess, the project is full of twists and turns and almost discontinues.Therefore,successful application of the project has good reference fuaction for quickSME informatization building and perfecting their management.
