Development And Implementation Of A Enterprise Process Management Platform

Enterprise A decides to introduce multi-layer process management platform after the process combing project,in order to enhance the management of the process so that the process can be effectively implemented in the company's work,thereby improving the management level of the company.A enterprise's process management platform not only completes the flow control of all kinds of processes at all levels,but also needs to calculate the data of the flow process to grasp the actual implementation of the process.We do not want multi-level process management to stay at the level of system and document management.We hope that through IT technology,process management can truly connect with process execution and realize the accounting of process business data.Therefore,we implement the R&D project of process management on the platform.In order to meet the needs of top-level control and flexible execution,end-to-end process is divided into business process with value flow as the core and work process with transaction as the core.The docking operation of business process and workflow is the key research goal of the construction of process management information platform.At the same time,in order to promote the iterative optimization of process,it is necessary to expand the business accounting of process form data on the basis of traditional workflow flow performance.How to unify the accounting logic in different business scenarios is another key research objective of this project.Workflow forms have the characteristics of single structure and no semantics.Drawing on the object-oriented theory,the enterprise management resources are abstracted as enterprise element objects,and the constraints of upstream and downstream workflow generation are realized by establishing the balance table generated by process forms.Using the theory of accounting for reference,the enterprise element object is used to establish the accounting object,and the amount and key information of the accounting object are collected during the workflow flow to complete "bookkeeping".Query business data in a similar way to accounting books.Firstly,this paper analyses the status quo of enterprise A's informatization and process sorting out,and then completes the requirement analysis of enterprise A's process management platform.Secondly,it gives solutions to the two key problems of the docking of non-execution process and execution process and the business data accounting of process documents.Secondly,it designs the system in detail,and finally gives the implementation of the platform in enterprise A.The strategy,method and the effect of implementation are evaluated and analyzed.Through the R & D and implementation of process management platform of enterprise A,it shows that the concept of process management is constantly accepted by enterprises,and the support of process management information software for process management concept still has a lot of room to rise.Based on the concept and methodology of accounting,this paper puts forward the technical scheme of process business accounting.Business accounting takes business elements as the object,and realizes the accounting requirements of different business scenarios and accounting fineness in a unified way.It is a good supplement to the process performance mode of the mainstream process management software,which only reports the workflow process,to provide more sufficient decision support for the process optimization iteration,so as to form a more complete closed-loop of enterprise process management.
