The Research Of Purchasing Process Optimization Of WH Company

In the situation of global economic integration,supply chain management as a new concept of management,has been recognized,accepted and adopted by more and more enterprises.Purchasing is one of the core aspects of the supply chain,funds for the purchase in the production enterprises generally accounted for 40%to 60% of sales volume,the purchasing management is directly related to the profit of enterprises and even survival.Business process reengineering(BPR)as a new management method,is regarded as an important means for enterprises to obtain the competitive advantage,BPR promotion of purchasing has a special advantage and effect to the promotion of enterprise purchasing performanceBased on the modern supply chain management and BPR theory,combined with the actual operation status of WH company's procurement system,this paper analysis and diagnosis the purchasing process of the company and clear the company existing following defects: poor basic material data,stumble purchasing information flow,weak in the supplier management,lacking of procurement strategy planning,not reasonable inventory structure and quantity,etc.Aiming at the existing problems of the company purchasing system,using information technology,the author designed a purchasing information system framework.MDM system uses the standard template design to obtain material description of the standardization and uniqueness,provide basic data support for the optimization of the procurement process.The SRM system is a information sharing platform of enterprise and supplier,to achieve an online sourcing,bidding and tendering management;in addition,SRM is the uniform supplier access,evaluation and management platform,by which WH company classify its supplier.By the promotion of materials classification management and supplier classification management,the supply structure of WH company will be optimized,and an optimal supply chain management system of WH company will be built.The PM system allows the spare parts procurement corresponding to each overhaul project,to achieve the accuracy of spare parts purchasing.By this purchasing information system mentioned above,WH company got through the full process management from purchasing requisition to purchasing implementation,achieved "Once data entry,the whole sharing" target,reduced the non-value-added business,improved the efficiency and effectiveness of the procurement process.The organization of the purchasing department adjustments in line with the requirements of the procurement development of the company,and provides the organizational guarantee to the implementation of relevant purchasing strategy.For the stock aspect,through the recovery of secondary storage,set up safety stock,expand the scope of VMI,the inventory level will be ensured for the production demand while the inventory level is greatly reduced.Finally,the relevant assessment indexes of the procurement process will be used to summarize and verify the procurement process optimization project's performance.
