Core Competitive Advantage Based HRD System Of Tangsteel

This thesis studied the human resourses development system ofTangsteel, with the purpose of establishment of the core competitiveadvantage. The author first concluded that the human resourcesdevelopment activities promote greatly the the establishment of corecompetitive advantage, by conducting a comparative analysis withstatistic data of Tangsteel. And then, the author presented the systemdesign of human resourses development based on the KSAIBs model,which follows the procedure, converting the Knowlegde-Skills-Abilitiesof human resources into Behavior through Intervening Variables, so thatresulted in improving performance of organization and individuals. Thedesign aimed to establish a human resources development system whichis suitable for Tangsteel, and furthermore, to provide human resourcesand intelligence support for the implementation of Three developmentpoles based strategy of Tangsteel.
