With the development of socialist market economy, the enterprises are faced a sharpen change of marketing environments. The competitions among the enterprises become more drastically than ever before, and the chances occur with the threats. How the companies, especially the small and medium-sized private enterprises can survive in the changing environment is the problem to be discussed in this thesis.MSF company is a small and medium-sized private enterprise, Because of setting up lately, the company is faced many problems, such as the members of management team haven't been fit with each other and play their roles; the system regulations have to be set up and improved; there are many unstable factors in the procedure of production; the company is lack of the innovations of products; it is weak at the quality control of products. All these problems are obvious, which imply that the MSF company is lack of a whole clearly development strategy. In this thesis, the development methods, the core competition strengths and the continual development strategies are studied for MSF company to improve its core competitive strength and achieve a continual development.At first, the problems in MSF company are presented, then the theories used in this paper are summarized, Continually, the outer environment and inner sources of MSF company are analyzed in detail. By using the matrix of SWOT-CLPV, the company has four situations as followed:·S (Strength) +O (Opportunities)â†' L (Leverage)·W (Weakness) + O (Opportunities) â†'C (Control)·S (Strength) +T (Threats) â†'V (Vulnerability)·W (Weakness) +T (Threats)â†' P (Problem)Based on the analysis of MSF company, the key factors to influence the company development are find out in quantitative ways. Thus a series of constructive suggestions suit for MSF company development are advanced, such as focusing the sources on key fields, creating the ability of high quality product, creating the ability of new product development and creating the ability of invocations. At last, how to build competitive advantage for MSF company is explored from value chain views; how to promote core competition power for MSF company is explored from enterprise rebuilt theory and supply chain theory; how to build competitive advantage for MSF company is explored from personal resources views, how to keep competitive advantage is explored from continual creation ability.MSF company is a typical private enterprise, through the discussion of its development strategy, it is expected to give some advices for the development of small and medium-sized private enterprises.
