The reorganization & division of state enterprise is a great act for it to look fordevelopment and solve the historical problem rationally. Many new problems involved inoperational process are in groping strings for the reorganization & division of our stateenterprise is start barely. We must appropriately solve the problems as status conversion ofstate enterprise stuffs, give attention to the state enterprise and stuffs at the same time, stockpossessed by stuffs, the survival of reorganized enterprises for these are the preconditions andfoundations to insure the succession of the reorganization.The article can be divided into six parts including exordium, which mainly describes therelation and necessity of state enterprise innovation and reorganization & division, analysesthe use of reorganization & division theory in practice, describes the whole process fromdepletion division to reorganization division step by step in allusion to the emergence of thestate enterprise reorganization & division and the problems need to be solved as well as thenecessity and significance to develop reorganization & division. It discusses the problemsappeared in TPCC or other state enterprises reorganization &division and put forward thenoticeable items along with measures & countermeasures to do the state enterprisereorganization & division well. It uses experiences and methods of the reorganization &division for the past three years as the case to illustrate that the revelation and suggestion theother state enterprises will got from TPCC reorganization & division, which will guide andpush the reorganization & division, and, further more, give reference to other stateenterprises to go on innovation successfully.
