Study On Early Warning Management Methods Of Chinese Civil Aviation Airport Calamity

Civil aviation includes three important parts, airdrome, airways, and air traffic control. The china's civil airdrome is the most important part of Chinese base establishment. China's civil airdrome serves the airways and nearly concerts the air traffic control. And the airdrome, airways, and air traffic control bring the civil aviation traffic to success together. The china's civil airdrome plays an important role in the safety of Chinese CM aviatioa But the development of china's airdrome is not so optimism, the rescue of meeting an emergency is not yet consummate, and the organizing work is not so rigor. And all above is the efficient amuse of the safety of the civil aviatioaIn this century, the accidents and disasters were still full of the entire course of the airport's developing, and they have caused the heavy damages even the global disaster. Especially, the "9.11"hijacking in 2001 made the global civil aviation industry even the global economy undertake a heavy damage. To strengthen the guard against the aviation accidents and disasters is not only a problem to one airport, but also a problem to entire world. This thesis includes five parts.This thesis breaks through the traditional way which studies the airport's safety state by analyzing the aircrafts running state. And it introduces the transportation disaster conception and category of the airport based on the airport safety manufacture system, and uses the conception to study the airport safety state;at the same time, it is under the guidance of the theory of enterprise forewarning management system and absorbs the latest achievements of safety science, human factor science and disaster science.The first part shows the background and the origin and the purport and the study's status in quo of this thesis.Next part shows the theoretic base of the exploitation of the china's airdrome's early warning information systems.The third part has conceived the china's airdrome's early warning index. And the measurement of early warning index value using Fuzzy comprehensive evaluation is demonstrated through an example.In the following fifth part, by discussing the running and the demand analysis and the design of the china's airdrome's early warning information systems, the exploitation of the china's airdrome's early warning information systems is probed~2.
