Production process management is an important contents of the enterprisemanagement, is an important link to increases economic performance in enterprise. Thelevel of production process management determines the challenge ability.XY Company has many unreasonable factors in production process management.Main is that man-hour ration is inaccurate,production plan done bad, production processmanagement not good.Aiming at the aspects of production process management, the article tries to analyzeand find out the reasons by using production process management knowledge, such asthe organization installs, man-hour ration makes, modernization production controlmeans and etc. Then optimized the production process management by using JIT.The main process of this paper as follow: Firstly, analyzes the problems that existnow;puts forward the optimism project in order, then puts into practice and control,gives a concrete operation project.
