Research On Reshaping The Power Enterprises Safety Culture

New tactics and method has been added from the proposition of safety culture as to ensure mankind safety and production safety in enterprise. The author has discussed the safety management from the cultural perspective, which is to identify the best combination and to inspire the values, norms and modes of thought and behaviour to production, thereby avoiding the production process as a result of human errors led to the accident.Safety cultural theory and discipline theories have been used in this paper such as safe and scientific & technology, philosophy, management, sociology, science of culture, etc.. On the base of electricity enterprise's own characteristic, it has been presented that safety culture reshaping principles, steps and methods on the power enterprise, through analyzing the electricity and the macroeconomic environment and micro-enterprise environment. In the process of reshaping the electricity enterprise safety culture, the most important thing is shaping security philosophy and building the executive power. Requirements were different for decision-making, management and implementation levels during the process. Enterprise safety culture and safety management will be ongoing continuous improvement by flexible and diverse forms, to achieve the goal of "apart from force majeure, any accidents and incidents are avoidable", and finally will achieve the goal of "all industrial accidents are avoidable".
