As the biggest quick turn prototype and small volume PCB manufacturer inChina, Shenzhen Fast-print Circuit Tech Co., Ltd, a medium-sized privately ownedcompany, develops quickly, operates well and has outstanding achievement. Thepaper will discuss how to use Balanced Scorecard to construct developing strategyfor the medium-sized privately owned company by analyzing the case of thecompany.First, the author analyses Life Cycle, Value Positioning, SWOT, which is thethree key factors of constructing developing strategy. Next, it is pointed out somematter in developing strategy, such as lack of feasible measures when facingchallenge, short of long strategic layout in overseas developing, inadequate to preachstrategy of the company, no clear strategy targets, devoid of measure of strategyexecuting, etc. After that, by reinvention and new thinking about those issues,strategy targets are demonstrated clearly, including improving total customersatisfaction, developing overseas marketing, consolidating home marketing,attracting and retaining the best people, and establishing good corporate governance.Later on, the Strategy Map is drawed.Finally, with the economic globalization,the paper advanced some feasiblemeasure on strategy executing in order to solve two most important topics which areoversea developing and consolidating home marketing.
