But many times, someforward-looking strategy but did not bring to the enterprise a substantial effect,Or noeffect, The reason is the lack of effective strategy execution. As the world famousmagazine "Fortune" in the survey,70%of the world’s businesses do not succeed, notbecause it did not develop a good strategy, but because the implementation of thestrategy is not good, Apparently carrying more than planned and more important, Sohow can a business strategy execution, the first problem to be solved is the correct andscientific to evaluate current business strategy execution level, This article aims tomake use of the Balanced Scorecard to create a scientific implementation of thestrategy to force evaluation system, and select a business to do empirical, selected HEnterprises, a highway service business enterprise, the enterprise has a clear strategicplanning, internal implementation of the strategy also has a very long period of time,select such enterprises as the object of empirical research, our study is relativelymature, relatively high feasibility to operate.Starting from the Balanced Scorecard, combing the development of the BalancedScorecard process, the core idea, the four basic dimensions, as well as its role in theimplementation of the strategy, combined with strategic execution of the influencingfactors and the Balanced Scorecard to improve mechanism of action of the strategyexecution, as well as access to research literature on strategic execution analysisreveals that the space of the current study, so as to reflect the value and significance ofthe study, a review and evaluation of domestic and foreign Research the execution ofa strategic evaluation index system and index system design interviews andquestionnaires, this paper the use of expert scoring method and the analytic hierarchyprocess to the data processing, come to each dimension of the corresponding weightin the index system and the consistency test. Finally, we issued all employees of the enterprise questionnaire and the validityof the questionnaire were analyzed under the premise of ensuring the validity andauthenticity of the questionnaire, to the questionnaire statistics obtained for eachaverage score value, and then substituted into the analysis of the evaluation formula toreach a final score, To make objective, rational analysis of the scores on the statisticalresults.
